For purchases, keep your receipt ID and try restoring purchases in the app. Never send complete payment details.

Feel at home, safely

Use in-app reporting, blocking and muting for abuse. Include the player ID and incident time when contacting support.

Data access and account deletion requests begin in Settings, or through support email once the address is approved.
